Cal update...

Ok, I think I've figured out how to do this from my phone so hopefully it will post...

As you know, we've been battling RSV. Well on Wednesday Cal decided not only did he not want to eat, but he didn't want to drink anything anymore. I called our doc and they wanted to see him again. So we went Thursday morning, and he just basically wasn't responding to the at home breathing treatments and she was concerned about him not drinking anything. They checked his pulse ox levels and it was LOW. She decided right then and there that he needed to be in the hospital so his levels could be monitored, be on oxygen, and get breathing treatments pretty much round the clock.

So....that's where we are. We're at Childrens and its been good so far. We did have to wait in the ER for 5 hours yesterday until they got a room open. That was no fun! But he had an ok night last night and so far today. He doesn't lik being hooked up to everything cause he can't walk around the room. He's gotta stay in the bed or in our lap in a chair beside the bed. I know we'll be here again tonight, but from there, not sure. The doc said it all depended on his ox levels and when he would start eating and drinking more.

And on top of all that, he has an ear infection. Oh AND I cracked the screen of my phone on the corner of the xray table while getting his chest xrays yesterday in the ER.
