Spring Break was so great! We did as little as possible! HA! No, we got several things around the house done and gave it a good cleaning, got to visit with all grandparents, worked out in the yard a little, and got the patio poured!!! Yay! With the exception of Monday and the tornados, the weather was so great and Cal loved being outside. He would just stand at the door until we would open it for him to go out and play! It's going to be a great summer!
We like to hide in things now! Peek-a-Boo!
Cal and Papa! Working on their "HooHoo"
Cal and Evie (excuse the random mess in the background, we were getting ready to shampoo the carpet)
A little Dirt...
Some water...
Done! Evie just had to add a little something extra!
Cal left his mark!! We tried hands, but he kept acting like he was going to grab it, so we went with feet. It's not great, but it's good enough!
The finished...well, almost finished patio! We still have a lot of landscaping work to do, but we can handle that! I'm so excited and cannot wait for it to be all completed!
Yes, we got him a tee ball set! :) He can actually hold the bat with both hands now and swing at the ball. He's getting better at it every day. And his Daddy taught him to say "Whoosh" every time he swings! So funny!
I think we are going to have a little water bug on our hands! Every time Gran would turn on the water to water the plants/flowers, Cal would end up soaking wet! He loved to run through it, splash in it, and then PawPaw squirted him and it was down him from there! He was in hog heaven! He'd say "ready" and PawPaw would squirt and Cal would just squeal and laugh and then say ready again! Haha!
All cleaned up and blowing bubbles with Analeigh! I just love these next 2 pictures!
Sweet girl!
Luke and Lauren took over the baseball! My camera died before I could get pictures of Brad pitching to Lauren, but I'll leave you with a visual of Lauren drilling Brad in the shoulder with a line drive! It was a hoot! :) Hope you had a wonderful Spring Break!
