Ok, when it's just me and Cal, sometimes it hard to cook for just us. Especially with him being a halfway picky eater. Well, one Sunday after church we stopped at Kroger and got one of those rotisserie chickens (I had things to go with it at home) instead of going out to eat. So we get home and eat lunch, then put the rest of the chicken in fridge. Later that afternoon, I was thinking about what Cal and I would do for supper because Brad usually works late on Sundays. And the little throw together recipe hit me!
Here's what you'll need:
Chicken
Ranch
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Crescent Rolls

Seriously, what's not to love! Ha!
And just overlook the mess on the counter in the background
I shredded the left over chicken and mixed in some ranch to make it all stick together...no set amount, just however much you want. Totally up to you. Spread a little of the chicken/ranch mixture on a crescent roll and sprinkled some of the shredded cheese on it.

I then rolled it up (to the best of my ability, because mine were overflowing with the mixture).

Bake 10-12 minutes!

Warm and cheesy!! Yum! :)

Cal loved these! They are super easy and make a good, quick meal! Hope you enjoy!
